We're hiring for a full-time Project Manager in the Sacramento area. This is a full time field based position where you have the flexibility to work from home with full benefits including a 401K and a salary range of $92,400 to $104,000.

Come join our rapidly expanding team for an initiative that will install 2,300 new EV charging ports at hundreds of low- and moderate-income apartments, small businesses and non-profit organizations in Northern and Central California over the next 3 years. You'll be joining a broader team that is working to deploy innovative community engagement and technical approaches to increase equity in EV adoption and reduce greenhouse gas reduction at scale.

To accomplish these objectives, the EV Charging Project Manager supports multi-family property operators throughout the EV charging installation and commissioning process. This critical role is a combination of consultative sales and project management. The position conducts initial site surveys, schedules more in-depth technical site assessments, presents system designs and equipment selection options to customers, secures the sale, prepares project agreements, coordinates installations with program contractors, and schedules resident education and outreach to raise awareness about EVs and charging equipment installed.

"Not finance, not strategy. Not technology. It is teamwork that remains the ultimate

competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and rare."

-Patrick Lencioni
