The focus of this position will be on community outreach for high impact, equity focused EV adoption projects and programs in the Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Monterey Counties.

Electric vehicles (EVs) are a critical climate solution for our state, yet few Californians know much about electric vehicles and fewer still lower income residents know they are eligible for thousands of dollars in government rebates toward the purchase of a new or used clean vehicle. The EVs For All/EVs Para Todos campaign implements marketing and outreach specifically designed for our Central Coast low-and moderate-income communities to raise awareness about EVs, and provides one-on-one in-person assistance to guide residents through the EV purchase process. This position will join our Monterey Bay Area project team, with a strong focus in the Pajaro and Salinas Valleys that have the lowest EV adoption rates in the area.
